The workshop will provide some practical ideas and tools so people managers may begin to work on setting your organisation on a trajectory of safety culture improvement.
Workshop participants will complete the NSW Work Safe Safety Culture Survey Tool which has been used by many organisations with great success. The tool includes a questionnaire that can use an Excel spread sheet to enter, correlate and report the findings.
