The purpose of this topic is to ensure participants understand and can work to achieve Diversity and Inclusion within their workplace.

The ‘Diversity and Inclusion Awareness’ training will cover the following objectives:

Understanding of what is diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Identify the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Identify some obstacles in individual thinking that can hold back the implementation of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Identify how you can foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Duration: 1.5 hours
