The Ai Group Confectionery Sector’s premier annual event for the Australian confectionery industry will be held on Tuesday, 14 May 2024!

ConTech is the key destination for a broad range of confectionery and wider food industry professionals and provides an unparalleled opportunity to engage with over 140 key industry representatives during the course of the day.

This year we'll explore how the industry will ‘embrace the future in confectionery’, with the support of our Principal Sponsor, The Manildra Group and other key industry players. Together, we bring you this stand-out annual event in the confectionery calendar.

We are, again, encouraging your company procurement people to attend ConTech, to support our supplier sponsors and trade exhibitors. For those that cannot attend the day conference program, we strongly encourage your attendance at the evening networking event. This year we are very pleased to be holding the dinner in the iconic MCG Long Room. The ‘after-dinner’ guest speaker is communication and behaviour exert, Anthony Laye. Anthony’s ‘laugh and learn’ session will arm the audience with practical tools to be better and do better!
