On 3 April 2024, Ai Group filed a supplementary submission in the Fair Work Commission concerning the Modern Awards Review 2023–24 regarding the issue of Making Awards Easier to Use.
Our supplementary submission addresses various proposals put to us by Justice Hatcher, President of the Fair Work Commission, during a consultation conducted as part of this stream of the Review.
