The Full Federal Court has handed down its decision in the highly anticipated Workpac v Rossato case and the decision will have significant impacts on the engagement of casual employees, unless overturned in the High Court or through legislation. The purpose of this pilot has been to create the first technology focused apprenticeship around the essence of Industry 4.0.
