Ai Group is committed to reconciliation — the process of strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.
As a membership organisation, we recognise the importance of advocating for the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
While we still have much work to do, we are proud of the steps we have taken in our reconciliation journey so far. They include:
We recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey. It reminds us that generations of Australians have fought hard for meaningful change, but ongoing effort is required for future gains.
We are committed to monitoring and reporting on our progress towards reconciliation and hold ourselves accountable for making meaningful and sustained change.

Ai Group is very pleased to support Wuu-rii Vending. Wuu-rri is a Gamilaroi word meaning to give. An initiative of the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (NSWICC), it was originally named the FACCI Vending Program. Following a successful pilot, Wuu-rri vending is now available in all states and territories. Every transaction for a Wuu-rri vending machine contributes to enabling First Nations Entrepreneurship through education and capacity building programs for new and existing businesses and indigenous youth.
Wuu-rri Vending machines come at no cost to the approved host, they simply need an accessible power source. Hosts also receive quarterly reports on their organisation’s contribution and outcomes achieved. See the flyer for further information and to express interest in the program.
