The Fair Work Amendment (Fixed Term Contracts) Regulations 2024 (Cth) have been registered by the Australian Government.

This extends the period of time during which certain fixed-term contracts are exempt from the prohibition on fixed-term contracts in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) beyond 1 July 2024.
