On 4 September 2023, the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 (Cth) (Bill) was introduced into the Australian Parliament.

The Bill has been referred to an inquiry to be conducted by the Senate’s Education and Employment Legislation Committee, which is scheduled to table its report by 1 February 2024. Ai Group will lodge a submission in relation to the inquiry and anticipates being called to give evidence in any associated hearing convened by the committee.
