Ai Group continues to advocate on behalf of members in relation to Parliament’s consideration of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 (Bill), which is presently the subject of an inquiry being conducted by the Senate’s Education and Employment Legislation Committee. Ai Group has provided a detailed submission to the inquiry and appeared before the Committee on 10 October 2023”. The Committee is due to provide its report on its inquiry by 1 February 2024.
