On 15 March 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in response to an application filed in the Fair Work Commission by the Health Services Union and the Australian Education Union for a supported bargaining authorisation in the disability services sector. This is the first union application for a supported  bargaining authorisation in the sector. Our submission opposes the application.
