On 11 June 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in support of its application to the Fair Work Commission to vary the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 as it applies to work performed before and after sleepovers.

Our application seeks to vary the Award to make clear that work immediately before and after a sleepover can be rostered as two separate periods of ordinary hours. Parties opposing the application are required to file submissions by 6 August 2024.
