On 11 October 2024, Ai Group filed a reply submission regarding its application to the Fair Work Commission to vary the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 as it applies to work performed before and after sleepovers. Our reply submission responds to various matters raised by parties opposing the application in August 2024. The application is listed for hearing before an Expert Panel of the Fair Work Commission in November.
