On 29 July 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in the Fair Work Commission proceedings considering the impact of upcoming legislative changes concerning casual employment on existing modern award terms. The FWC commenced these proceedings on its own initiative. Our submission responds to a statement issued by the FWC setting out its provisional views.
