On 27 September 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in the Fair Work Commission (FWC) proceedings reviewing all awards that contain minimum rates of pay at the C14 rate or between the C14 and C13 levels. Our submission addresses the provisional views in the FWC's decision of April 2024, and the draft determinations published giving effect to the decision.
