On 11 October 2024, Ai Group filed another submission in the Fair Work Commission-initiated proceedings in relation to five ‘priority’ modern awards, directed towards assessing whether the minimum wages in those awards suffer from gender-based undervaluation. These submissions concern the Children’s Services Award 2010.
