On 3 October 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in the Fair Work Commission-initiated proceedings in relation to five ‘priority’ modern awards, directed towards assessing whether the minimum wages prescribed by those rates suffer from gender-based undervaluation. These submissions concern the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
