On 29 November 2024, Ai Group filed a reply submission in Fair Work Commission proceedings developing new model consultation, flexibility and dispute resolution terms for enterprise agreements. The terms will replace those that are currently contained in the Fair Work Regulations 2009. Our reply submission responds to proposals advanced by various unions, arguing that the Commission should not depart in any substantive way from the current model terms.
