On 4 October 2024, Ai Group made a submission to the Government’s consultation on introducing mandatory guardrails for AI in high-risk settings proposals paper. The Government sought views on the proposed guardrails, how it is proposing to define high-risk AI and the regulatory options for mandating the guardrails.
