Ai Group filed a submission to the Review Panel for its review of the operation of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 and the amendments made by Part 16A of Schedule 1 of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023.

The Review Panel will deliver a draft Report to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations on or before 31 January 2025. Ai Group and other stakeholders will then have an opportunity to provide a written submissions in response. Ai Group anticipates also participating in further separate direct engagement with the Reviewers. The final report will be delivered to Minister Watt in March 2025.
