On 22 May 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in the Fair Work Commission proceedings regarding the development of a delegates’ rights term to be inserted into modern awards. This submission responds to a proposed delegates’ rights term that was prepared by the Commission and released on 10 May 2024. Our submission addresses various matters we contend should be taken into account in the term, and proposes a revised draft term.
