On 17 January 2025, Ai Group filed a submission in proceedings concerning its application to vary the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 as it applies to work performed before and after sleepovers. The submission responds to material produced by the Fair Work Ombudsman following a request from the Fair Work Commission.
