On 11 March 2025, Ai Group filed further submissions in support of its application to vary the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 and in response to an application to insert an exemption rate clause into the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020. The application aims to simplify compliance with the awards by inserting an exemption rate.
