The Review Panel delivered its draft report to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations on 31 January 2025, in relation to its review of the operation of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 and the amendments made by Part 16A of Schedule 1 of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023.

Ai Group filed a further submission to the Review Panel in relation to its draft report.
