This short webinar aims to realign small business owners with their business aspirations, and to develop a basic and practical business strategy to take them there.

The most successful small businesses (in terms of achieving their aspirations) are able to maintain a healthy balance of working both IN the business and ON it. However, as the owner and operator of a small business it is very easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and neglect the bigger picture. This workshop is your first step to regaining that critical balance in your business.

By attending this webinar, small business owners and managers can expect to:

• Be provided with a strategy framework to use to analyse their business and develop a basic strategic plan, including an action plan, that can be tailored to their business; and
