Last month's release of the 2025 World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report presented a number of global directions impacting jobs and skills, and revealed the workforce transformation strategies employers plan to embark on in response, across the 2025 to 2030 timeframe.

The results stem from the WEF's survey of over 1,000 employers who collectively represent more than 14 million workers across 22 industry clusters and 55 economies. The Ai Group Centre for Education and Training was the Australian partner for this research.

Our webinar covered what the report finds are global macrotrends, barriers to business transformation, top jobs facing loss and growth, core skills needed and fastest growing skills, intended strategies to meet skill demands and public policy favoured by employers.
