Christina has worked in Occupational Health and Safety for over 25 years, primarily in the Logistics Warehousing and Manufacturing Industries in senior in-house safety roles. She has coached Senior Managers to become safety leaders to transform their safety culture across their own sites in Australia and across Asia Pacific.

Having worked in safety and environmental consultancy roles, Christina has adopted a very practical approach to risk management.

Christina is a Professional Ergonomist, passionate about helping businesses improve their safety, with practical guidance on workplace changes and redesign to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and improve efficiencies in work processes.

Her experience in health and safety includes Health and Safety Management system compliance guidance from basic compliance through to ISO 45001 Management Systems Certification and beyondto combined ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO14001 Environmenal Management System integration.

Christina has integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental Systems in the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors over the last 20 years.

She has assisted companies with their specific needs in Hazard Management and Risk assessments; Ergonomics and manual handling assessments; Traffic Management Plans; and Incident investigations and training. Christina has developed and delivered a range of Health and Safety Workshops from shop floor level through to Due Diligence training ffor Company Officers.Christina’s academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering, Graduate Diploma in Risk Management, Diploma of Science in OHS, Graduate Diploma in Ergonomics. Christina is also a Certified Lead ISO9001/ ISO45001 and ISO14001 Lead Auditor and ICAM Incident Investigator.
